About Cole
Cole has a genuinely original and innate artistic view that is always engaged, whether or not he has his camera in hand. He prides himself on his commitment to mastering his craft and caring about each and every photo and detail. Cole is fortunate to have photographed weddings from Kauai to New York, Tuscany to Paris, and brings to each new assignment a quiet approach and true love for his work.
Born and raised in Berkeley, CA, Cole developed a firm foundation on which to build his aesthetic from an early education under the teaching of his father, a true craftsman of fine art film photography.
While at the University of San Francisco, Cole was a left-handed relief pitcher for the Dons’ Division I baseball team. Oh yeah, he also picked up a degree in Fine Arts (concentration in Graphic Design).
Cole met Kiera in San Francisco in 2007 and soon discovered that he couldn’t live without her.
About Kiera
Kiera has the ability to take projects from the seedlings of ideas and elevate them into grand visuals. She is Cole’s inspiration and drives the Cole and Kiera Photography team with her organization and vision. Born and raised in Manhasset, Long Island, she graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Business Management.
Being exposed to Cole’s (and his family’s) passion for photography, it was inevitable that she would catch the photography bug, transforming herself from an instinctive picture-taker to an adept photographer. She also established her own business Sweet Kiera, a dessert-focused blog and a tastefully inspired cookie favor shop. (Visit her site here).
Kiera met the easygoing blonde Californian that everyone thought she would meet after moving to San Francisco, and before too long they fell in love and got married.
