We took family portraits of the Vlahos Family in their backyard on Manhasset, Long Island right before they made the big move to Miami this summer. It was so fun to get to capture Colleen and Nick interact with their baby girl, Gracie. I have known Colleen pretty much my whole life (and we photographed their wedding just two and a half years ago!) so it's a little surreal to see her "all grown up!".
I feel pretty honored that we've been able to document such big milestones in their life. It makes me a little teary eyed to see these photos of them as a family now. They are such wonderful parents. Colleen is loving, gentle and graceful and Nick is goofy and fun but also a total pro at taking care of his girl so much so that he's often charge of putting her down for bed when she's extra fussy. Gracie is beautiful -- how could she not be with these two parents? We loved getting too see glimpses of her personality and cant wait to get to know her more and see her grow. So come back from Miami to visit all the time okay?
